The FTTH-UG-B08 fibre optic distribution box is a user distribution wiring device in FTTH systems. It provides protection and management for fibre cables and is used for terminations, cable branching, and cross-connections. It is primarily used as a user access point in FTTH-ODN networks.

Based on installation scenarios, the box can be divided into indoor and outdoor types. According to its functions, it can be classified as either a distribution type or an optic-split type.

The FTTH-UG-B08 serves as a termination point for all feeder cables, connecting them with drop cables in FTTx communication network systems. In this fibre optic distribution box, fibre splicing, splitting, and distribution are carried out, while it provides full protection and management for FTTx network deployment.

Installation of FTTH-UG-B08 Fibre Optic Distribution Box

1. Wall-mounted Installation

Drill 4 holes in the wall according to the size in the configuration table.

Insert expansion bolts (Φ7.5 × 40).

Place the box to match the holes and fasten with bolts.

2. Pole-mounted Installation

Fix the pole ring set to the telecom pole.

Secure the distribution box with the pole ring as shown.
