6. What Are Your Payment Terms?

T/T (bank transfer) in advance for standard orders

PayPal for small trial orders

Currently, we do not accept credit card payments.

 

7. Can I Get a Free Sample?

Yes, free samples are always available for most products. If we have them in stock, we can offer same-day shipping.

To receive a free sample, please provide your express shipping account (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.).
If you don't have one, we may charge a shipping fee between $18 to $99 based on destination.

 

8. What If I Receive a Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Product?

You can request a return/refund:

Within 7 days of delivery if the product is incorrect or damaged

Within 30 days of the shipping date if not delivered

We aim to process claims within 7–10 business days. Please contact your account manager for support.

 

9. What Is the Typical Lead Time for Orders?

Production lead time depends on your order size:

For bulk orders (e.g., a 40ft container): 15–20 working days

For small or urgent orders: usually 3–7 working days
