Installation Guide
1. Open the buckle on both sides of the box. Use the special key to open the box; use a screwdriver to open the inner cover
2. Install the non-ear adaptor in the adapter rack.
3. Strip the cable, remove the outer and inner sheath, loose tube, clean and remove oil filling paste inside the cable, leave 0.4~0.8m of bare fiber length and 30-50mm steel core; after passing the cable through the sealing rubber of the inlet, lock it with a hose clamp and fix it with a reinforced core.
4. Protect the bare fiber with a winding tube, coil it around the winding wheel on the front of the tray, and lead the fiber end into the splicing slot.
5. Fix the PLC in the special slot on the back of the flip tray, coil the outgoing fiber and connect it to the adapter; introduce the incoming fiber to the front slot through the notch on either side of the tray.
6. After splicing the two fibers, close the inner cover and lock it with a screw.
7. Access cable pigtail: The cable sealing rubber is made up of two layers. Take out the upper layer of rubber as a spare. First, lead the outgoing cables out through the lower layer, fix them with a nylon tie; put back the upper layer, lead the other outgoing cables out through the upper layer, and fix them with a nylon tie. Close the cover.
8. Fixation: Fix the box at the desired position with 3 expansion screws. The installation is completed (pole mounting needs a special hanger through the 4 middle holes to fix).
