Polishing stages include: glue removal → 30μm coarse → 9μm rough → 1μm fine → ADS finish → end-face cleaning
100% IL/RL testing, 3D interferometer analysis, and visual end-face inspection
Ensures low insertion loss, clean fiber end-face, and superior consistency
